How did we get the name Ten Eight?
Pretty easy, we’re scoring the office buildings out of a point scale of Ten and we’re using Eight common attributes for each building. Therefore, you get the name Ten Eight. Also, if you say Ten Eight with a little southern draw it sounds like Tenant…. We’re based out of Atlanta, GA so we hear it a good bit.
What does Ten Eight do with my email address?
Rest assured, Ten Eight is not going to sell your email to any list, nor are we going to spam you with advertisements. We simply need your email address to complete a couple of functions for the Ten Eight Mobile Web App to better function for you.
How long of a contract do I need to sign to use Ten Eight?
It is a month-to-month contract that you can cancel at anytime by going to the My Account page, and clicking on the Delete my Account link.
Why do I give a Low, Medium, or High score for the attributes?
Ten Eight wants to make sure that your rating per building is accurate based on what is important to you. We use your input of the L M H to determine the score of the office buildings that you’re touring.
I'm a free user and I can't access my account from my desktop. Why?
A free user only has access to Ten Eight from their phone or tablet, while a pro user gets access to more data that is available on the Ten Eight desktop version of our website.
Can I go back and change my rating of an office building in the middle or after a tour?
The simple answer is yes. Just click on the building and change the rating for any of the attributes.
What happens if a building I want to tour didn't auto populate when I entered in the address?
Ten Eight tries to make sure we have every office building in our database, but if for some reason a specific building of interest doesn’t come up. Simply enter it into the system yourself, and then the next time you try to auto populate that building. It will be in the system.
What does My Score mean?
This is your specific score for an individual office building.
What does Group Score mean?
If there are two or more people that are touring buildings together and their broker or themselves is a pro user, then Ten Eight will generate an average score of the group for each office building.
What does Global Score mean?
This is the average score of every person that has rated a specific office building.
What does Company Score mean?
This is the average score of every person within a brokerage company and their clients for a specific office building.
Why can't I download Ten Eight from my Apple or Android Apps Store?
Ten Eight is a mobile web app, and therefore must be accessed by going to your mobile device's internet. It acts and looks just like an App, but it is a mobile website or what the developers call a mobile web app. Just go to your mobile device's internet and type in teneightapp.com.
Can I add an additional building or person while I am on tour?
The simple answer is Yes. All you need to do is look at the bottom left of the screen and you'll see the link "View desktop version". Click the link and you'll be able to add either a building or person to the tour.
